Official Statement, opening Jadys Daniele's in Miami, 2018:

Jadys Daniele's is owned by musicians and managed by the owners. Our first priority is quality and presentation of live Music along with great drinks and great food (Italian/American). We are scheduling a great selection of bands and musicians for our unique place in the heart of South Beach area: an artistic location as rock as comfortable, where you will get familiar with great music and live performances, having a high quality selection of beers on draft and in bottled, wines and first-rate food matching up-scale the atmosphere.
We really care about art, style, passion and original character of doing music.
You will not need to leave the beach to find a very comfortable as artistic atmosphere breathing blues and rock, refined electronic and avant-garde rock, and a unique style. And if you are not at the beach, we believe you should come to take a look.

Official Statement, opening RDM Records in Milan, 2010:

Totally autonomous, the production project is based on the essential freedom for composition and creation, as well as for the logistics and management. As a result, on this side of the river, we have anything, but no market needs as the 'common sense' of the dominant culture; no concept of 'genre' as a field of membership of a product, nor that of 'category' as an environment of belonging of a product taste, moral and static cultural systems; no entertainment purpose of the artistic production, and no fashion clone of modern times.

We intend to promote: every movement and activity aiming at the research and experimentation with new forms: thought and action products as such, or whose conception and creation are imposed as a reality and energy by virtue of being; the human production in whole as the the very final meaning of the human being — the unique and most important, the one which remains —.

Lorenzo Marranini has been working for its own record label (Rdm Records, based in Italy) publlishing records and books since 2010. He has been playing with different musicians and in different locations all over Europe and has published his first album “Absence” in 2015 under the name 'Sheen'. A project developed in cooperation and participation with Romina Daniele, based on the mixture of different genres and on indifferentiated masses.

Deep and contrasting electronic sound environments, the result of an intense and laborious research on sound, relate to the moods of musical experience, to combine with vocal and textual interventions. The work is made and developed in the fundamental area of existential-philosophic conception and hence the title - Absence (No I) - from the title of a poem by Romina Daniele - Assenza (o soglia del mio dolore) [Absence (or threshold of my pain)].

In the structure of the album each composition corresponds to different moments of the concept and are numbered according to this.

Lorenzo Marranini & Sheen

Romina Daniele is an Italian exponent of the vocal extended technique, an avant-garde and blues singer, a composer of electronic and experimental music, vocalist and performer associated with contemporary music, writer, photographer, according with the important prizes and reviews coming from different parts of the world. Since 2005 she has been performing in solo and with her bands in different locations in Europe. She is also doctor in History of Arts, degreed Cum Laude in Cinema Studies; and studied Sound Technologies at Conservatory of Milan. She published with her name three records and three books, she also had other collaborations and three other published records.
